Q: Is there a minimum number of Guests required to book?
A: We do not have a strict minimum for events. Whether you are planning a small birthday party or large community gathering, we would love to be there.
Q: What types of Payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple/ Google Pay, and Zelle.
Q: How far do You Travel?
A: We primarily serve in Palm Beach County, however we may be able to travel outside that range depending on availability. Just ask!
Q: Can I Prepay Ice Cream for our guests?
A: At this time, we do not offer prepayment options. All ice cream purchases are made at the truck during your event. We can also send an invoice after an event, if needed. This helps us keep things simple and flexible for everyone.
Q: Is there a deposit Needed to Book?
A: Nope! We do not require a deposit. Just fill out the booking form and we will confirm your date.
